SLAM DUNK

When i was a child i constantly watched the things that my brother liked -like an older figure to follow-, so most of the time was the soo called anime programs what i saw. The one that i really liked was "Slam Dunk" and I begin to watched when i was five years old. The meaning of the tittle in spanish is one of the moves when a person score a basket in one jump, soo obviously the plot is about basketball but the thing is that the main character at the begining doesn´t now how to play it so is very confused, the character is know as Hanamichi Sakuragi a high schooler (with the red hair) that begins to play since the girl she likes loves that sport, therefore he improves in the game an embark in a series of competitions that make him improve also as a person because he is actualy a very funny idiot. I remember that i didn´t watch all the series as a child, there was a lot of episodes an i couldn't catch them all, i know that the series was made from a manga and the serialization came in chile maybe in the 2003 (in was made between 1993 and 1996 in Japan) now the series is online soo is more easy to watch. 

The series has a lot of followers because the animation didn´t finish -they missed a part- and because i liked the growth up of the characters, her values and the friendship, also since i like much this sport, it was very real and also for the type of animation, it is very ´90, the colors, the scenes, it was really great. And also the introduccion of the chapters where really catchy.
