Pastry Chef

I have been thinking a lot about this topic, since i left the school and specially when Ï'm doing proyects for workshop about the Job i would make, a lot of questions come to mind to be honest: What i would be?, I will make building?, This is what i want for the rest of my life? I will be happy? Can i combine my pasion and the architecture?

Just to you know i always though that what i'm studying today doesn't define what i will do for the rest of my life, soo whith this premise i will say that right now i don't have a clue of what i will be, but it always comes to mind a figure of me having my own cafeteria, most likely like a bakery and doing all the deserts (I'm very good at it). This dream of cafeteria is most like a contemporary form of taking a coffee, like the ones in Lastarria Street (where one spend a lot of hours) and the place will be a design made by me (the future architecture hahaha), the room will have an intension a meaning for the form and space, to have the time and walk away of common problems and scape of the world, like a dome. I will say that i don't have an inspiration person, but places in general. 
I also have been thinking, more in a specific theme, is that the walls can have an exhibition of small artists, in a very artistic form. 

The qualities to do this job are very simple, love what you do and have a little bit of obsesion with the sugar and honey. All my family and friends like my deserts i have been doing from the commons ones like cinnamon rolls and even some little cakes and i hope that if this jobs is made i would be a happy person.. with diabetes.
